Anxiety Therapy in Calgary
What is Anxiety & Panic?
Anxiety is a natural human response — a sign that something feels uncertain or overwhelming. While it can sometimes help us stay alert, it becomes draining when worry or tension show up often or feel out of your control.
At Cedar & Sky Wellness, I am here to meet you with care and understanding. We’ll move gently, exploring what’s happening in your body and emotions at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll help your nervous system settle and reconnect with a sense of grounding and safety.
My goal is to help you understand your patterns with compassion — and to support you in finding steadier, more spacious ways of moving through the world.
Does This Sound Like You?
“My body reacts before I can make sense of what’s happening.”
“No matter what I try, I struggle to feel settled or at rest.”
“My nervous system feels like it’s always ‘on,’ even when I’m exhausted.”
“Sometimes I feel disconnected from myself or what’s around me.”
“I overthink everything, even simple things.”
“It feels like I’m doing everything I should, but calm still feels out of reach.”
