Cedar & Sky Wellness
Regulate, Restore & Reconnect
My ApproachI believe healing happens through deep connection to self, to others, and to the world around us.
My approach combines traditional evidence-based therapy with experiential and nature-based practices to support meaningful and lasting change. Together, we will work to better understand the experiences and patterns contributing to your stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and feelings of disconnection while creating space for greater self-awareness, balance, healing, and growth.
I currently offer in-person sessions for individuals in Calgary and the surrounding area, as well as virtual sessions to those across Alberta. Services may include in-office therapy, virtual counselling, walk-and-talk sessions, outdoor therapy, and nature-based experiences that support healing beyond the traditional therapy setting. Whether we meet indoors, outdoors, or online, my goal is to provide compassionate, collaborative, and grounded support that honours your individual experiences and pace.
