Hi there, I’m Bailey. I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Lethbridge.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. I integrate evidence-based therapy with relational, experiential, and nature-informed approaches to support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, impacts of trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and feelings of disconnection.

I view each person as more than the challenges they are facing. Together, we will work to better understand the patterns, experiences, and environments shaping your wellbeing while building greater self-awareness, resilience, balance, and meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
