This is a brief opportunity to connect, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. It is not a therapy session, but rather a chance to help you feel more informed and comfortable moving forward.

Nature Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy integrates traditional counselling with outdoor and experiential approaches to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and regulation. Sessions take place in natural environments, such as through walk-and-talk therapy or grounding practices outdoors, and are tailored to your comfort level, needs, and goals. This approach offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage in the therapeutic process in a way that feels grounded, reflective, and supportive beyond the traditional office setting.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space to explore what you’re currently experiencing, better understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include talk therapy, reflection, and experiential or nature-informed approaches when appropriate. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with a focus on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others.

Comprehensive Psychological Assessments

Better understand your cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and learning patterns. A formal assessment can provide clarity around areas such as attention, learning, emotional functioning, and overall mental health, helping to inform meaningful recommendations and supports. The goal of assessment is not only to identify challenges, but also to highlight strengths and provide a clearer understanding of your unique profile to guide next steps in a supportive and practical way.

Family and Relationship Therapy

Explore patterns within important relationships, improve communication, and better understand each person’s experiences and needs. Sessions focus on fostering connection, increasing mutual understanding, and working through challenges in a way that feels collaborative and respectful. Together, we work toward strengthening relationships, navigating conflict more effectively, and supporting healthier, more meaningful ways of relating to one another.

Workshops

Workshops will be offered periodically throughout the year. They offer a supportive and interactive space to learn practical skills, explore relevant topics, and connect with others in a guided setting. They are designed to provide education, reflection, and experiential learning through discussions, guided exercises, and experiential or nature-informed elements.
