What is Trauma Counselling?

I will support you in gently focusing on safety, connection, and pacing. By supporting your nervous system first— it will help you notice what feels steady, what feels protective, and what your body needs in the moment. We may work with sensation, breath, emotion, and relationship, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels respectful and grounded.

Trauma counselling isn’t about reliving the past or “fixing” you. It’s about creating enough safety to reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your body, and move forward with more choice and ease—at a pace that honours your story.
